Let us start by assuring Lori that there is no need to worry!
Our sister Lori told us when we were visiting that she does not want to read any more chicken update stories if they have reports of sick or dying chickens. Lori takes the term, “animal lover” to new heights. (She once stopped her car in traffic on a major freeway in the Cleveland area to try to rescue a squirrel that had been hit by a car.) And she said that she could not bear to hear any more bad news regarding our chickens.
Well, it is all good!
