As we mentioned in our last post, we were kept pretty busy throughout December making cookies and candy and doing other activities associated with Christmas giving. But we also kept puttering along on the yard.
We spend most of our days in the front room by the computers or outside on our patio looking off to the east side of our yard. That side of the yard houses a large water storage tank, an elevated water storage tank, and the pumps and pressure tanks associated with the water systems in the house. In addition that area had been overgrown with some grass and weeds, piles of wood, tubing, rocks, and unused tiles were stacked along the wall. The wall had been painted over the years, but now was peeling and fading.
