Mary and I have been pretty busy this week. When Wednesday morning rolled along I realized that I had not taken time out for any art projects.
I almost decided to just skip it this week, but then I thought I would try to do another pencil sketch of a bird. I already have a parrot, vulture, duckling, eagle and a puffin, so why not add a Canadian goose in flight preparing to land?
I did not try the colored pencils this week and simply stuck with different grades of pencils.

For those of you who are retired or at least have an hour or two to spare during the week, I hardily recommend taking up sketching. It is a fun and relaxing way to spend some time.
